Course Summary
The qualification has been designed with children and young people in mind covering areas such as depression, self-harm, eating disorders and bullying, and will provide the knowledge and skills to identify a potential mental health condition, start a conversation and provide support and guidance to professional help.
Units covered:
Unit 1 title: First Aid for Youth Mental Health
- Maximum of 16 candidates per course
- 1 day
- Level 2 Award in First Aid for Youth Mental Health (RQF)
- Deliverd Face 2 Face or Online – Distance learning.

This course is certificated by First Aid Awards (FAA) in accordance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
A maximum of 16 candidates per course are allowed
