Course Summary
This course is suitable for everyone within a workplace as it provides learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions as well as the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help. This is a great course for you to learn how to manage your own Mental Health and tools for controlling stress.

Upon successful completion of the course, Candidates will be issued with a Three year FAA Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)
This course is certificated by First Aid Awards (FAA) in accordance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
A maximum of 16 candidates per course are allowed and must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
