Our Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course teaches essential skills for handling emergencies in outdoor and remote environments, including:
First aid essentials & equipment
Assessing situations & prioritising treatment
Managing unresponsive casualties & shock (including anaphylaxis)
Fractures, spinal injuries, sprains & strains
Bleeding, burns, scalds & minor injuries
Head, chest, abdominal & eye injuries
Heart attacks, choking, poisoning & medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, epilepsy)
Environmental emergencies: hypothermia, frostbite, heat exhaustion
