We'll Cover

  • Our Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course teaches essential skills for handling emergencies in outdoor and remote environments, including:

    • First aid essentials & equipment

    • Assessing situations & prioritising treatment

    • Managing unresponsive casualties & shock (including anaphylaxis)

    • Fractures, spinal injuries, sprains & strains

    • Bleeding, burns, scalds & minor injuries

    • Head, chest, abdominal & eye injuries

    • Heart attacks, choking, poisoning & medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, epilepsy)

    • Environmental emergencies: hypothermia, frostbite, heat exhaustion

    • Bites, stings & outdoor-specific hazards

    • Casualty handling: bandaging, moving & safe transport
